These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of vehicles and heavy machinery from GTM Auto Dealer LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via https://gtmautodealer.com/. By placing an order or inquiry, you agree to these Terms.
1. Business & Service Model
GTM Auto Dealer LLC operates exclusively as an online dealership and export specialist. We do not maintain a public showroom for walk-in visits. All transactions, inspections (via digital media or third-party reports), and sales are conducted remotely.
2. Vehicle Condition & “As-Is” Sale
- All vehicles and construction machinery are sold “As-Is, Where-Is” unless otherwise stated in writing.
- While we provide detailed photos, videos, and descriptions, the Buyer is encouraged to hire a third-party inspection service prior to purchase.
- Once a vehicle has been picked up for transport or export, all sales are final.
3. Free Shipping Policy
We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all vehicles and machinery listed on our site.
- Domestic Shipping: Free ground transport is included from our facility or holding yard to any commercial address or port within the contiguous United States.
- International Export: “Free Shipping” covers the cost of inland transport to the designated US Port of Exit and the base Ocean Freight to the destination port.
- Exclusions: Free shipping does not include:
- Destination country import duties, taxes, or VAT.
- Customs brokerage fees in the buyer’s country.
- Storage fees at the destination port if the buyer fails to collect the unit promptly.
4. Payment & Documentation
- Method: Payments must be made via Bank Wire Transfer or Certified Funds. We do not accept credit cards for full vehicle balances.
- Title/Ownership: Titles and Ownership Documents will be released to the Buyer or the Shipping Line only after funds have been cleared in full.
- Export Compliance: We handle all US-side export documentation (EEI/AES filings). The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle meets the import regulations of their specific country.
5. Limitation of Liability
GTM Auto Dealer LLC shall not be held liable for delays caused by shipping lines, port congestion, or customs inspections. Our liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the vehicle/machinery.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Richland County, SC.
